Researchers from GERO are seeking volunteers to conduct “a snapshot of healthy aging” in our country.

The aging process is neither uniform nor the same for everyone, and understanding its factors is essential for addressing challenges related to old age. That is why neurologist Andrea Slachevsky from the University of Chile has dedicated much of her career to investigating why some people age differently and how to prevent neurodegenerative diseases associated with aging.

Currently, studies are underway to identify and understand the characteristics of healthy aging in Chile. Volunteers are being sought to participate.

Do you know someone who meets the requirements?
