Participatory Dialogue: “Importance of Physical Activity in Brain Health”

Here’s how the participatory dialogue “The Importance of Physical Activity in Brain Health” unfolded, which we held together with the Palacio La Moneda Cultural Center.

During this event, older adults were the main focus and learned about exercises they can do at home, engaged in stretching exercises, and discussed the benefits of physical activity. We also talked about the ideal frequency of exercise per week and emphasized the importance of not sitting for more than 90 minutes at a time.
